Wedding/Event Buyout Information

We're thrilled to potentially be part of your special day at Clydesdale Outpost. Nestled just 8 miles north of downtown Whitefish on our expansive 92-acre property, you'll experience the secluded charm of Montana while remaining close to the wonders of Northwest Montana, including a swift drive to Glacier National Park.

Immerse yourself in the freedom to craft your dream wedding surrounded by the Stillwater River's beauty. Our "buyout" packages encompass all 6 of our 2 bed/1 bath cabins, each featuring private cedar soaking hot tubs, grills, fire pits, and more on their patios. Choose a scenic setup in our meadow by the river or near our barn, where the Clydesdales often roam.

2-3 Night Buyout Packages

2 Night Buyout $20,000
(Includes lodging for 24 guests)

3 Night Buyout $25,000
(Includes lodging for 24 guests)

Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am.

Both include and require:

• No vendor restrictions or hidden fees.

• Allotted time for photos with the Clydesdales.

• You bring any rentals you may want/ tables, chairs etc.

• Includes a carriage ride to/from ceremony. Mini carriage rides during cocktail hour available at additional cost.

• Large wagon rides available at an additional charge to shuttle guests to event areas.

• Must use a wedding planner from our preferred vendor list, or have them approved by Clydesdale Outpost.

• Max capacity 250.

• $500 refundable cleaning deposit required.

• 50% due to lock in date/remainder due 45 days prior to event.

• Loud music to be off by 10pm, welcome to continue celebrating later respectfully.

• Limited liability insurance required for day of event, including liquor catering endorsement as well as naming Clydesdale Outpost as additionally insured.

Elopements

(4 hours, 15 people max)

$1,500 limited access to outdoor spaces only, (15 person count includes all vendors, photographers, guests). Requires a 2-night stay cabin booking on property and includes allotted time for photos with the Clydesdales and wrangler. Some weekends may be blocked, please inquire.
